Dispatch stated that the vehicle had been confirmed as stolen through Olympia PD and provided a phone number for the owner of the vehicle, Nam Tran. I called the provided phone number and reached a male who identified himself as Nam. Nam spoke little English, but stated that he was in fact the owner of the vehicle and that he did not know Henry or Telles, and did not give them permission to be in possession of the vehicle. Nam provided verbal consent to search the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle, I located a small black/silver key in the middle consul cup holder. The key had a black plastic tag on it. The tag was stamped with a "John Deere" logo, indicating that it was likely a key used for a lawn mower. I showed the key to Henry and she stated that the key I located was the key she used to start the vehicle.
Additionally, in the driver side door storage area, I located a white hard sunglass case. In the sunglass case, I located several pieces of

Stacy immediately began running after the suspect. Stacy ran south on Los Robles Avenue and saw the suspect continue riding his bicycle onto eastbound Villa Street and out of sight. At about 1940 HRS I arrived at Deputy Melchers location and made contact with Deputy Melcher and Gary Jacobs the Reporting Person/ Victim. As I pulled onto the property, which was on the west side of the road, I observed a large tin building, with a walk-in door and a large over head door facing to the East. A records check of Lopez revealed she was the owner of a 2015 Toyota CA 7UIS767. I canvassed the area for Lopez’ vehicle and I did not locate her vehicle. An Automated licensed Plate Reader (ALPR) search also revealed negative results for Lopez’ vehicle.
It’s crazy how what you expect a criminal to have done to your car, but it turns out to be the opposite. You would think that they would do the impossible to make it look like a stolen car, but when you're desperate and need to turn your life around, I guess you gotta do what you gotta do.
The photographs and a receipt showing the value of stolen merchandise was later attached to this report. Marion also provided me with a written statement, which was later attached to this report. Marion provided me with a DVD containing surveillance video of the theft, which was later placed into evidence at PRPD. I made contact with Nhi using a phone number provided by Marion. Nhi agreed to meet me at the Port Richey Police Department for an interview in reference to the incident.
I was almost to the top of the mountain when I felt my stomach drop. I felt like I had a million butterflies in my head. Each one of those butterflies described how I was feeling. I really was feeling crazy. So many things were running through my mind.
It was three months after I got my Learner’s Permit. A beautiful sunny day, the birds sang in the morning, and people driving back and forth. To start this day new and fresh I put on my brand-new t-shirt I got from the Nike store along with a basketball short. As I’m getting dressed and ready to start my first in-car lesson, my dad is sitting in the car with his work suit, seatbelt fastened, and face straight like a dude who just got pulled over by a cop. I’ve often dreamed about driving ever since I was in my mom’s womb, two hands on the circular steering wheel, and one foot on the pedal, driving excitingly.
Monday, May 1, 2017 at 12:06 I was dispatched to a theft call at 1812 Guise St. (ADU behind the house). This is the same residence we had a prior DV arrest. I arrived on scene and spoke to the owner of the house Stephen Grimes, who was there getting ready to have the house fixed up and put up for sale. He advised me that the RP was not here yet. He said that the occupants had already vacated the ADU that previous evening and he did not have a forwarding address for them.

My First Car The struggle of buying a new car for a teenager is real. My parents didn’t want to spend a whole lot for my first car. At first, my parents searched for cheap cars that had over 100,000 miles on it. My parents also thought about how much the insurance would cost.
My story started about a week ago. I was heading to bed early, because I was tired from a long day with plans to wake up a few hours before class to review for a test. As I closed my books for the evening and headed to bed around midnight, little did I know something was going on outside.
I begin to think. Most people at school park in the same spot everyday. I suppose the easiest way to figure out the owner is to picture the parking lot row by row, level by level. The car is not coming to mind anywhere. I know it does not sit with all of the muddy 4x4 pick-ups down on the so-called "redneck level." And I know it does not wait all day on the middle level in front of my waiting car. But, at the same time, I have never seen it parked on the top level that I walk through twice a day. I can’t picture a CRX anywhere.
