Can’t you hear, asked a girl with auburn hair and a face that was curled in disgust. We’ve been screaming at you!
I can, she mumbled. Just… leave me alone.
The kid asked you a question, the girl with the auburn hair snapped. Blur looked at the girl, and then said, Yes?
What do I do with this knife?
Blur pointed at the wall. It’s for scraping the brown stuff off. It’s a gross job. I’ll do it. Blur gave the girl the mop she was holding, took the knife from her, and turned to the wall. She felt the vibrations again, and then she turned right back to see the auburn haired girl standing with her arms crossed.
I don’t feel like talking, Blur said.
Why would you do that? That’s the grossest job here! Are you stupid or something?

Oh, shut up! I’m done talking to you! The girl curled her upper lip at Blur, and then set to work. Blur looked at the dung on the wall, and then, she started to gag the closer she got to it. She found herself with her hands on her knees, gagging, trying not to throw up because that would be more of a mess for her and the nine others to clean. She felt the vibrations on the wall again, and then the Auburn girl was yelling again.
I don’t smell a thing, she snapped. Why are you making such a big deal out of this? Grow
