All of my life the sports I have played consisted of teams, and those teams had to work together in order to succeed. Team players are people who can cooperate willingly with everyone but it is more than that. A team player improves others performance around him, a team player makes everyone a better individual and exploits their talents, a team player boosts efficiency as far as chemistry. Team players can make a drastic difference in a team, without them most teams would not be able to execute as well as they do now. When I was very young I was on PAL soccer team and the season just started and we were having our first couple of practices and we were not looking to good. But then this new kid joined the team named Timothy everyone called him Tim. I’m not sure why but everyone really liked Tim he was a fantastic soccer player, he was fantastic because he didn’t just take the ball and score he would pass it around to everyone and let them have a chance of participation. Once the season got going the rest of the team got comfortable with the game to where we actually became a pretty decent team and we almost even won the championship all because this little kid named Tim was a amazing team player. Freshman year it was one of the last big science projects of the school year and my teacher reveals a list of the groups and I see my group and they just stared at each other. I waited for someone to step up when I realized that it was going to have to be me. I began talking to everyone individually and seeing what they knew and how they could put together what they knew so we could all contribute to this project and walk away a little
