Time changes many things and that includes how we live our lives. This statement is especially true for my mother. My mother has been a banker for many years at one point in her adult life. She lived through many positions which included being a teller to being a manager. She had been a banker for so many years, yet this was not her original dream. Since as young as she can remember, she wanted to be a singer. She had a really great and big voice that promised to take her places. During her teenage and young adult years, she would go to that studio with her musical friends and record the songs that she wrote herself. Anybody could feel her passion. When she was in high school she was into fashion. She did a Colgate commercial and was a part of fashion shows. In the fashion shows, her would design and make her gowns. In my eyes she was and still is. This was however, one of her many passions. As a young adult she went to school and got her license for cosmetology. Overall, she had owned three hair salons in her life. Being a cosmetologist was not enough for her, so she got her license to be a masus also. One of her dreams was to own a salon that did it all; from doing hair and nails, to massages. However, as time progressed, she got into the dumpster business for people that tear down houses. She built up her company to where she own her own trucks and more than a dozen dumpsters. To complement that business, she started a demolition business that tears down houses. She is a licensed contractor that either fixes up houses or tear them down. These are only a slice of what she wants to accomplish however. My grandmother also wants to own a food truck. She has a lot more to fulfill and I will support her. She is very content about her live and wouldn’t change a thing. My grandmother is the same now as she was then. She is still as ambitious as ever. Everything that she has experienced has made her into what she is
