Did you know that Paul Revere had 16 kids with 2 wives? Paul Revere was born on Dec. 22,1734. He was born in Boston,Massachusetts thats were the Boston massacre happened. Paul Revere's parents were Apollo De Revoire and Deborah Hitchborn. Apollo was born in France and when he was a kid his parents sent him to Boston to live a better life. Paul had 2 siblings their names were Tom and John. They all grew up in Boston,Massachusetts. Paul's first wife had 8 kids and not long after that she died. Pauls 2 wives were Sarah Orne and Rachel Walker. Sarah Orne had 8 kids and Rachel Walker had 16 kids so all together they had 24 kids. Paul went to a writing school that the work boys went to not the smart ones the smart ones. The went to a college Paul did not go to college. The school that Paul went to was North Writing School in Boston. Paul did not go to college. Paul work for his dad in there silversmith shop Paul also worked as spy for the resistance against the british rule. Paul also worked as a messenger for the resistance. So Paul Revere had to first light the lanterns so the people of Concord would know whether the british were traveling by land or boat if by land 1 lantern if by boat 2 lanterns would be lit. Since the british were traveling by boat 2 lanterns were lit and Paul was on his way. Then Paul had 2 friends that would help him get to his horse across the harbor to Charleston town to get Pauls horse. Paul went from Charleston to Lexington. Paul rode to Lexington for a very important reason because if he didnt warn Hancock and Adams all the secret weapons that were stashed to fight off the british soldiers than we might of lost that battle and still be under England's rule today.
