Throughout the years, religion has always been a guide for humans, helping them find principles to follow and a meaning in life. Over 2000 years ago, in the Caribbean Islands, a bully named Juan had maneuvered his way into crippling everyone with low-self esteem and depression. As time went by, the abuses became stronger and people began to feel the desperation. The situation has slowly led to poverty and illness. Pablo, who was a noble, hardworking, and honorable man in his early 20’s, was visited by God during this atrocious period. He then decided to create a religion called “Pabloism” and generate the “Doctrines of Well-Being,” which were four essential concepts that lead to interior peace. The second doctrine suggests to get to know oneself, which means to understand personal strengths and weaknesses, fathom the purpose in life, and know personal passions, fears, dreams, and desires. The third concept is about personal grooming. A sign of depression is lack of grooming. Having a daily routine of hygiene and maintaining the body well-groomed are vital steps to conduct a peaceful life. When these habits are not followed for long periods of time, dejection becomes stronger. Lastly, the fourth doctrine implies to avoid unnecessary comparison. One of the main teachings of Pablo is to respect people and love them genuinely. To do so, selflessly is necessary and not become jealous of other people’s possessions. As any other religion, Pabloism also comprises the ethical dimension, which is the code of conduct in which followers have respect. It is based on the laws or rules that a religious community follows in order to achieve enlightenment and fullfilment of their life.
