1.0 Introduction
Internships provide real working experience to those who want to explore and gain the relevant knowledge and skills required to enter into a particular career field. Internship can be done in short period as three months or longer period to six months. During this period, students are able to develop different kind of soft skills which include communication skills, problem solving, effectiveness and efficiency, personal development and many more. Internship is a great opportunity for students to gain experience. Internship programs develop students' overall maturity by strengthening self-confidence, self-discipline and sense of responsibility. I had been working for a year in Sentienx Sdn Bhd. Sentienx Sdn Bhd is the subsidiary company of Adventa Health. It is a new build branch which set up at Kulim, Kedah and also producing different kind of medical gloves. I would like to write this report based on the experience and knowledge I had learned and gain from this company.

1.1 Objectives of Industrial Training

Then industry training program give students opportunity to apply knowledge in book to real working life. The objectives of the industrial training are as per below:
