 Non-verbal Communications
 (Business Dictionary, 2014) states that non-verbal communication is the behavior and elements of speech aside from the words themselves that transform meaning. Non-verbal communication includes pitch, speed, tone, and volume of voice, gestures, and facial expressions, body posture, stance, and proximity to the listener, eye movements and contact, and dress and appearance.

 (Kruger, Smit, and Le Roux, 1996) distinguish the following methods of non-verbal communication.
 Facial expressions
 Implies to a change of s visual pattern over time, but as a static painting can express a mood or capture a sentiment, so too the face can express relatively static characteristics and the following are types of facial expressions :disgust, confusion, desire, contempt, etc.
 We convey different emotions to others by means of facial expressions such as sadness, joy, fear, disapproval, etc.
 The ability of people to identify facial expressions is universal.
 Some expressions have survival value.
