The most memorable life event was when I first went to six flags, because its where kids and their family’s go to have a good time. They’re are rides, food, games, and etc. I remember that cold Thursday night. The wind was so strong that leaves and sticks were flying everywhere. I woke up the next day on Friday, I knew my mom was planning something, but I just didn’t know. She called all of us, which was my sisters and I. I have two sisters that are younger than me, and one that is oldest than me. Briana is my oldest sister, Kris is my mid-oldest, then theirs Karla my baby sister. Any who my mom was giving us an option to choose a place where we would all like to go to have fun. As I sat in the couch, I was trying to think of something really fun to do. So it came to mind that I have always wanted to go to six flags. I shouted out “six flags”, everybody looked at me and said, “yes”! Everybody got ready and as soon as everybody was done, we all jumped in my mother’s green minivan. By the way it was my favorite car. I was nervous and my hands were all sweaty. I guess I …show more content…
It was really packed. As we walked in we had to pay for our tickets. My mother gave the front office clerk money so we could purchase the tickets, which came out to sixty dollars. My eyes started to sparkle as soon as we walked in. There were so may rollercoasters and food. Before we even got to ride one ride everybody was hungry. So my mom bought us some pizza and sodas. The pizza was really good, it had hamburger meat and mushrooms; which is my favorite food to eat. As we were eating our food, we glanced at some of the rollercoasters, planning out which ones we were going to ride. In my opinion it was like a play land for teenagers. My older sister Bri asked if I wanted to ride the rollercoasters. I was so thrilled and excited to get on the rides. Kris and Karla stayed with my mom, while Bri and I got on some
When I was about 10 years old, my mom took me to a roller coaster theme park in Massachusetts. I was terribly afraid of the huge roller coaster that appeared in front of me, and while I waited in line, the anxiety of waiting to die in a roller coaster made my heart beat through my chest. The huge coaster went up and down and up and down, and even though my mom continuously asked me if I was sure that I wanted to go, I repeatedly said yes. I wanted to make it clear that I was a man, not a crying baby. Stepping onto that roller coaster was what I remember the most.
Every year since I was a freshman in high school my family would all pack into our car and head to Six Flags for my father’s job. This was usually one day I could count on for unexpected entertainment. Each year was a new experience in the making because one year it may be sunny or one year it may rain, but HEY! Its Georgia weather what can you do about it?
Macie, Alli, and I warmed up with the Corkscrew and later rode the High Roller and the Excalibur. I had never ridden either the High Roller or the Excalibur, so it was already surprised at how much I was enjoying the roller coasters. I was starting to really love the adrenaline rush and the whips and turns. Before lunch, we went to the Renegade. I had been on this ride, three years prior.
We had to sit with the children for them to be able to ride the rides because they're all under the age of 14. We were so excited to be able to ride every single ride together. We laughed and held hands and it was really nice to be carefree and playful with each other instead of serious and grown up. My husband talked me into riding the tea cup ride from Alice and Wonderland and I swore I was going to get sick from all the spinning, but he laughed and recorded a video of me throughout the whole ride. He said it's one of his favorite moments from our Honeymoon because I was so funny about it.
Magic Kingdom was the most crowded park because that is one of the most famous ones. We stayed at the park all day, some of the rides I went on are space mountain,Splash mountain,Seven dwarfs mine train and it's a small world. It's a small world is really creepy in my opinion because there are dolls singing a really creepy song but the overall the message is good. It's about all the countries coming together and realizing that they are all connected.
Then we rode the extreme roller coasters. Maddie was a little scared at first but then she was all up for it. The whole way down this big drop they were crying tears of joy and it was funny because you could see there faces push back just like the movies.
The first time I rode a roller coaster Every child has to take a big step in their life for me it was overcoming my fear of riding a roller coaster. While, other people feel happy or excited i feel kicks or a voice in my head that says don’t do it. I was made fun of my family because i was a cry baby or i don’t take risks and I hated it. I was always scared because i’ve always read that some people died riding some coasters.
After the ride we were finally there. It was like a land of imagination and pure possibility. I was hoping that we could do the aerosmith ride when we were there multiple times but there were so many rides that it was like picking what ice cream to get at a huge ice cream parlor. I wanted to do this because I enjoy their music and I like rides that go upside down. So once we were in there were fancy dressed people all over and you could smell the aroma of fresh candies and foods.
I’ve been to Disneyland a total of one time my whole life, yet it was just as magical as if I had been there multiple times. The morning I went to Disneyland, my mom woke me up and told me to get dressed at about 8 o’clock on a cold, brisk morning. I had no idea where we were going or who we were going to see. At this time we did not have a car, so we took a full bus crowded with commuters to Disneyland. On the bus there were many different kinds of people ranging from old, decrepit women to burly men with bulging muscles.
When we got to that section I saw that there were two rides there so we went to the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. It was a 3D type ride that I had to make my dad go into because he doesn’t like getting into any rides. When we finally convinced we actually rode it three times. After that ride, we went to the second one there. It was a rollercoaster that was only about twenty feet tall but my dad was still scared of it.
One of my most vivid childhood memories is when I was about eleven or twelve and my family and a friend of mine went to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This was one of my first times being able to be free and do what I wanted in public, and I think that why it’s so vivid to me. The day started when we picked up my friend Tim, from his house and we went down the the boardwalk. My family and me and Tim split up immediately, so we were on our own.
In the summer my dad said we were going to the carnival I was so excited, we went to get the tickets from the store. The next morning we were ready to go me my dad my sister and our cousin all went when we got there we gave the tickets to the women and she gave us a bracelet and we were good to go we took pitcher with the animal and the rides and id was so fun. First we went on the roller-coaster and it was scary and fun at the same time then we bought some snack and continue are advancer.
I did not like it at all. My two brothers had a blast and did it the majority of the day! My mom and I went on the coaster and slide a few more times. We also went on a Jeep Tour. It was a Jeep that drive us all over the mountain.
It had a zip-line, merry go round, mini golf, ice rink, pool and more. It seemed to have everything that a dynamic amusement park would have. All on a gigantic ship. I was ecstatic for the adventure my family
The whole drive there I was just wondering what I was going to do and see over there. I mean I thought I thought I was excited about my plane ride there, but that wasn?t even half of what I was feeling at that time. Once I saw the roller coasters as we drove to Universal?s Island of Adventure my face just lit up like the sun.
