Modernization of architecture in our society can be very beneficial towards meeting the new and advanced needs of a society. These changes often involve amendments and renovations to structures and infrastructure. Total investments made towards these changes help the circulation of money throughout society through this cause. Along with these changes, however, come permits and guidelines for new and improved structures to follow. These guidelines help to ensure adjustments to new structures easily adapt to the present environment and/or wildlife and that the population can adjust to these changes as well. Expenses towards this project in a society can often be expensive, making it harder for a society to overcome the financial loss, despite its possible success. Issues in society today can also be addressed through the modernization of architecture. For example, the nationwide issue of housing, hygiene, and water in India have been consistent throughout its years of being the most populated country in the world. According to sources, sanitation in slums in the big city of Mumbai, India, have plummeted to being only 1 toilet for approximately 1,400 people in the area (2014 studies). However, through modernization efforts made by many who give great concern to this issue, this statistic has improved to prove that modernizations in architecture as well as society in general can help a society's population survive greatly. Although these modernizations were beneficial for the society, it was also an economic loss as many live in poverty and cannot provide for the economic drop made for the changes. For example, state and local governments can incorporate these taxes into the tax system, which can add onto the area's financial stance. These projects likewise create many jobs for the population and increase revenue overall. These projects require participation from multiple groups, including local governments, adding onto the idea that partitioning the expenses can also help reduce the economic loss of a project that could pose a large expense upon the society's economy, despite its predicted successful outcome. In addition, efficiency is also important to the success of the project, and its revenue. Cloud-based deployments can help increase communication efficiency if the team working on the modernization project is based far away (communication is very important).
