Melisa pays close attention to detail and is meticulous at accuracy and competency. She has excellent interpersonal skills that effectively motivate her peers and team members to stay on task and complete projects timely. Moreover, she has concentrated analytical skills that contribute to her striving for stellar performance and success. The opposite of strengths are weaknesses. Recognizing ones weaknesses gives them the opportunity to work to become a better person or employee (Unknown, 2010). Melisa can have the tendency to over-analyse information. At times, this has the possibility of delaying final response to promote accuracy and dependability of data. Co-workers can become irritated by her excessive attention to detail when expecting immediate responses. Demanding perfection and accuracy can ostracize team members if not presented properly. She must recognize these weaknesses to work on decreasing their affect or eliminating them

I feel that this quote effectively represents my personal journey towards achieving personal fulfillment through leading a purpose-driven life. This deep-seeded need for completion has led to me to be introspective and reflect over the course of my life and has ultimately fueled my desire to pursue a career in Corporate Strategy/Corporate Development within the healthcare industry. There are several reasons for this course of thought:
After reviewing the questions in the “Create Your Personal Vision Statement” article and developing answers, I have created several visions I wish to accomplish in the future. As a few of you may know, my dream is to become a music supervisor for films; that is the most imperative vision. Additionally, I desire to spend a copious amount of time traveling the world and experiencing various cultures. Also, I have a passion for animals; therefore, I wish to own a large area of land and have numerous dogs, cats, pigs, goats, etc. I desire to care for any animal that has seen abuse or lives in a shelter. In regards to internal visions, I desire to be content and carefree as well as be outgoing with others as I tend to be an introvert. For my mission,
Vision and mission statements play a vital role in the strategic planning of an organization. Aguinis (2013) states defining an organization’s current and future identity are a key component of the strategic planning process. Strategic planning creates a blueprint to chart an organization’s goals and to aid in the division of resources to properly achieve the established goals (Aguinis, 2013). Properly communicating the goals and identity of an organization are essential if employees are to completely understand their purpose and mission to the organization. A review of the vision and mission statements for Harley Davidson reflects certain insights into the identity of the organization but also reflects some areas of improvement in adequately including the eight characteristics of an ideal mission statement.

When working on the self- assessment tests, I found myself fall into the category of the ISTJ personality types, which as illustrated by Myers Briggs, is the type of personality that is conscientious, considerate, and helpful. Personality traits such as honest, dutiful, practical and responsible are my strengths; personality traits such as stubborn, insensitive and poor communication skill are my weaknesses. Related to the knowledge I have learned in the course I believe both strengths and weakness will have influence to my future career development. In this reflection paper, I will demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses that may place the most influence on my way of success.
My personal vision of the future is not something I have taken a significant amount of time to ponder in the past. I have general ideas of where I see myself both personally and professionally in future but have not identified specific steps to get there or pondered why I want to be in that situation. When taking on this somewhat daunting task of identifying my future self it is important to identify my driving values, philosophy, dreams, and my personal calling. Self-reflection on these characteristics and preferences are key to a developing a successful picture of the future.
