The problem is, the process of signing up for a medical marijuana card for the use of a minor in a state were marijuana has not been legalized changes the entire process; such as, not protected under the government and guardians having a much more difficult time trying to get approved and successfully use the medical marijuana card. If marijuana was legalized throughout the states guardians would not face these issues and be able to devote more time to their children’s health.
