According to the recent report by Kristin Stoller (2017) Samsung has achieved 2nd in “The World's Largest Tech Companies 2017” surpassed by their technology rivals Apple. The Marketing Mix: According to University of Newcastle (2017) Marketing mix is the company strategy to outline which customers the company will serve and how it will create value, the program builds relationship by transforming the strategy into action.
4.1 Product: Samsung offer variety of product in technology however this report will only discuss their trending mobile devices, which is called the Samsung Galaxy series. Samsung claim that they invest at least 9% of the sales revenue on research and development every year to give the best quality of their products for the customers, Samsung Design their product in modernization, sleek and neat design that show’s elegancy. Their phone has certain feature that prove that the money spend on the phone is worth it, for example their water resistance feature, this allow the phones to be inside water for at least 15 minute, it’s a good feature that match their advance camera. The packaging looks professional and sturdy, not only it looks good it also gave the image of safety to the phone. The phone only increase in sizes every new version come out. Add-ons are provided for customers such as protective casing for the phone and an ear set for every purchase of the Galaxy series.
