Recommended: Cannabis has medical benefits

Marijuana is a plant containing a psychoactive chemical, THC are in its leaves, buds, and flowers. It has been shown that marijuana helps cancer, chemotheraps, AIDS, HIV, glocoma, muscle spasticity, and neurological disorders (www.drugpolicy.org). Medical use of marijuana should be allowed because it is not as addictive as pain medications, it helps with pain and stress, and it helps chronic illnesses.
Medical marijuana is good for people cause it is not as addictive as pain medications. Marijuana is grown in nature, not created in a lab like most drugs. People can’t overdose on marijuana but marijuana has harmful effects that can’t be proven. Marijuana might have harmful but it is good for pain, stress, helps with chronic illnesses and lot more. THC which is find in marijuana are in certain medications. “Prevalence of use in people with multiple sclerosis has been addressed in a recent Canadian study, 43% of the 420 patients surveyed had used marijuana at some point in their lives, of these 35% reported that use was to help control symptoms of multiple sclerosis 16% of the sample” (Furler 216). He also said that the government is holding back on its use marijuana is a great vaccine against some major disease.

... At least marijuana might have effects, but must drugs people take today all have them. People are dying from taking some of these drugs. Marijuana is a drug that people can’t over dose on. It can’t be proven that the effects hurt people like cigarettes cause cigarettes is man make and it different cause they add chemical that hurt the human body. Marijuana can save cancer AIDS, HIV, and Glaucoma patients. Most people don’t like marijuana cause it not for them everything is not for everyone. People understand that the FDA must approve marijuana but, there are people dying from cancer and AIDS marijuana is a drug that don’t kill. People can’t get addictive like most pain medications do to people it also don’t make people do harder drugs. The only way marijuana can interfere with leaning if people don’t uses their brain the brain is a muscle you must uses it.
