These are men who evolved the world of soccer and helped shape it into what it is today, and for that, they are remembered as some of the greatest soccer players to ever play on a pitch. Both of these men have been in competition since they met each other for the first time. Their names are Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Lionel Messi was born on June 24th, 1987 in Rosario, Argentina. Cristiano Ronaldo was born on February 5th, 1985 in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.
