Linley Point Summary Linley Point is a lovely little peninsular suburb on the north-west side of Sydney. The Crescent is home to several dwellings and the suburb’s largest park. In recent years, Linley Point has been undergoing redevelopment and renovation, which has changed its resident population. Now, the suburb is home to more families than any other category of residents. Because of the rise in families, a children’s playground with modern play equipment was built at Linley Point Park on The Crescent amongst local family houses. Linley Point is considered one of the smallest of Sydney suburbs and a desirable community in which to raise a family. Linley Point Profile Linley Point, a peninsular suburb and is one of Sydney's smallest suburbs with only 131 dwellings, which are mostly older homes that have recently undergone major redevelopment. Historic Houses like heritage-listed Linley House and Rockcliffe are significant landmarks of the suburb. The Crescent is also home to several homes is a green, leafy streetscape. • Cunningham’s Reach is Linley Point's fully natural parkland that features a small grassy area, off-leash dog exercise area, several sandstone rocks, and is popular with the locals for picnics and fishing activities. Picnic seating and barbeque facilities are on site.
