Abstract :-
There is a lot of students have no interest in learning English and find it so hard and complicated language to learn
In my research I well see what cause this problem between lots of student in high school and what the solution for this problem
Why a lot of students think learning English language as foreign language so hard there is a lot of reason and to know some of it I did make an interview with high school students to ask about what they think the reason

- Research Methodology :
For my research I met 9 students from each grade in high school in Al-Khobar city randomly and I give them ten questions to answer it from their perspective ,and from these ten questions I well discovered some reason in lack of interest in learning English language as a foreign language and how their family and teachers affect their thought and their interest
Limitations of the study :
My limitations in my research is it only in one school girls high school in Khobar city and with only 9 students in each grade

Day by day, there are foreigners whose first language may not be English. There can be difficulty in learning a new language in a new land, and it can be hard to adjust to
English is a Language that many people struggle with in the U.S. It can be a daunting task that many American’s have to face. Especially because of all of the domains that make up the English Language.(reading, writing, speaking and listening). There are many factors that can lead to the failure of learning of the English Language. One component is English being a secondary language that is not attended to correctly. Even though there is many reasons the lead to English Language Learners lack of proficiency (example Mr. O’Malley classroom), a strong instructional input, scaffolding, theory, research, ELD standard, and a intervention will not be one of them.
The first, that we currently live in a highly globalized society and importance should be placed both on an appreciation for varying cultures and that children should be provided with as many marketable skills as possible. The second, that in this globalized marketplace the onus is on non-English speakers to learn English due to the subconscious (and in some cases not so subconscious) belief in the superiority of America and thusly English. English Language Learners range from Newcomers learning survival English and developing foundational literacy skills to Long-Term English Learners who have had 6 years or more of their education in English yet continue have significant language gaps. These students may speak English with little or no accent and still lack the vocabulary, grammar and grade level literacy to be successful in school. English language learners may remain silent in the classroom as they adjust to a new school, environment, and culture unless he is a native language comrade to interact with. The English language learners are concerned about decoding verbal and non- verbal communication as well as understanding the social culture framework of the school. Most of the time English language learners are observing during instruction, trying to repeat words used by others, memorizing simple phrases and sentences, tired by midday or be frustrated attending long lectures unaccompanied by visual and gestures, relying on first language translation used peer translation or bilingual dictionary, as the students begin to learner they become more involved in the classroom, they can respond non-verbally to commands, statements, and questions in simple form. As their oral comprehension increases, they begin to use simple word and phrases and may use English spontaneously. They can understand short conversation on a simple topic when reading students can understand a narrative text and authentic materials, although they will be below
Experiencing those days where people would laugh at other for the broken English; the grammar and pronunciation are the toughest parts of the language. People with English as a second language always stumble upon difficulties; however, the determination of learning a new language do not decrease easily as the motivation is still surrounding one’s mind. Today, English has become an international communication; even the teaching and learning of the language has already spread throughout the world. English is known as one of the most common use language and has been offering classes everywhere for years especially around Asia; additionally, the world common language has now become the number one language uses in every fields of career that is being offer everywhere. In the field of second language acquisition research which focuses on how languages are learned, Bot, Lowie, and Vespoor (2005) explain that motivation and attitude are parts of individual factors which influence the growth and loss in language learning processes and the learning outcomes. The effects of motivation and attitude as individual factors, which are studied along with type and amount of contact with the language being learnt, may explain how the individual learn the target language, including predicting the learning outcomes.
Attitude towards English learning can be defined as students’ positive or negative inclinations and desires in regard to learning English, by reason of past researchers have hypothesized that attitudes towards learning a second or foreign language are strongly linked to motivation (Bot, Lowie, & Vespoor, 2005).
The majority of these students maintain passive attitudes towards language education, reflecting an unwillingness of acquiring English knowledge. The reason why they study like 'puppets ' throughout the learning process is mainly the pressure from the Chinese society. In general, english is often assessed via a set of tests, particularly in middle schools (Li Xiaoju, 1984). In Chinese college entrance examination, English occupies a high proportion of overall scores which could determine whether you have the permission to entering premium high institutes (Anderson, 1993). Phillipson and Lam (2011) argue that due to Chinese culture which focuses on the social relations, Chinese students normally tend to produce high grades to satisfy parents ' expectation. Growing up learning and speaking English has been something that was difficult for me at first but then came easy, but that was not the case for my mother. She spent her whole life speaking Spanish, so when she decided to take English learning classes it was challenging. However, she had me to help her throughout her struggle. I helped her complete her homework and assignments. We would also go to the library to check out easy level reading books to have her read to me. I would correct her English when it was wrong and do all I could to boost her confidence. Coming from a Spanish speaking household having to learn a new language can always be difficult. While, I was a child learning a second language was difficult. It was difficult for me to put words to use in the correct way. And use terms that make sense with one another term. It was difficult for me because some Spanish words sound the same as English words, and while learning I wanted to translate everything the way I say it in Spanish to English. For example, in Spanish “helo” means ice, but if you say it out loud it sounds like “yellow”. Little things like that will be a big issue to me. In addition, I learned that English language students are not always intrinsically motivated towards language learning, but are towards their major. This student saw English as a “means to an end”, and nothing more. Overall, I learned that students can succeed when they know what is expected and are given ample opportunities to perform at their skill level.
The concept of motivation has been the subject of many studies and is considered a crucial determinant of successful achievement in the field of language learning. A motivating learning environment has to support the education process. It generates learning initially and later will guide the process of acquiring a target language (Cheng & Dornyei, 2007). Teachers have long recognized that motivation is centered to problem-solving in education. Motivation is the key factor in getting students involved in the learning process and in keeping them engaged at their level of academic performance (Oliver, 1995). Many researchers point out that a person's behavior is predicted by his intentions which are determined by the attitudes of his character. Desired behaviors can be influenced by increasing results. In the past, educators worked hard to find proper methods for shifting students' attention towards learning. Creative engagements can serve to improve motivation. Thus, researchers have found that student engagement is an effective motivation strategy. Foster Walsh (2003) has devoted great attention to the use of creative engagement in the classroom. According to Walsh, the learning process is truly much easier when teachers know how to stimulate their students' interests. A motivating classroom is perhaps defined as an environment where learning is facilitated by the impact of the teacher's efforts. Attention also has to be given to the need of the students through meaningfulness. Meaningful connections between teachers and their students is also a catalyst for a better learning atmosphere. In most institutions of learning today, the classes are made up of students from different ethnic backgrounds. These have different traditions and also speak different languages. In a typical classroom, the majority of the students will speak the same language. The teacher must then employ strategies which will accommodate all the students in the class. This will ensure that every learner gets the best quality of education. This will enable them to be better prepared for career and expressing themselves. In this paper, strategies to assist learners of the English language in their literal development for third grade learners. In the paper, three strategies that can be used by the teacher will be discussed. New strategies and research that will help the English language learners to gain in depth mastery of the language will also be discussed. Due to the widespread learning of the English language in most schools, addressing issues of the language learners is of vital importance. Teachers should have the understanding that cultures are what give someone identity and therefore no student should leave their culture for another. Instead, there should be the blending of different cultures so that students can appreciate and learn from each other.
The issue focused on importance of learning of foreign languages. Many people ask "Why should I learn foreign languages?" Learning a foreign language takes assiduity and free time. In order to understand this importance we need first to understand benefits of knowing and learning foreign languages. I offer several groups of these benefits below, which may help to convince you to take the plunge, if you need such persuasion. One groups of benefits represent economic and practical reasons, others have intellectual and even sentimental content, but whatever reasons you choose, you will have a clear idea of why learning foreign language so important and how it can help to motivate you in your studies.
