Serial Killer. That’s what he is. Cannibal. Another thing he is. One well known name one that makes killers in movies seem good. Jeffrey Dahmer, A killer, A cannibal. This report is on the infamous killer. Jeffrey Dahmer is a well known name, though people do mistake him for other killers that are/were cannibals. He was a case of insanity at its highest.
Jeffrey Dahmer was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. May 21, 1960. He was a happy child, living a good life until he was four. He had a surgery to correct a double hernia, after that he was noticeably subdued. He wasn’t the same kid anymore after that surgery. He was a loner during his time in school. He had few friends. He was pleaded guilty, by insanity. He was found guilty and perfectly sane. He was an apathetic person. Being an apathetic person mean you have to have apathy. “Apathy is insufficient feeling, emotions, interest, and concern. Apathy is a state of indifference, or the suppression of emotions like: concern, excitement, motivation, and/or passion.” Said Wikipedia, they also said that, “Apathy maybe a sign of more specific mental problems including schizophrenia or dementia.” In other news, Dahmer had extreme abandonment issues. When his victims tried to leave, he got enraged. These problems could have been created by the issues of his family. They both did not devote enough time to the oldest Dahmer son. He had gotten the police to get the handcuff off, in which, they had to go see Dahmer. The stench of the rotting corpses and acid, was powerful. One officer claimed that he had seen the Polaroids of the corpses, put in sexual positions. They could tell the pictures were not photo-shopped. After a struggle Dahmer was finally caught. He had pled guilty. While serving his time, he was mopping with other inmates, one inmate got violent and killed Dahmer and the other inmate. Jeffrey Dahmer’s killer was named, Christopher Scarver. Before Dahmer had died he was baptized weeks before he was killed, he had claimed he was a self-born christian.
Jeffrey Dahmer did murder those people, but he had major issues. He was a case of insanity at its highest, Wouldn’t you like to know what was running through his mind at the exact moments he did

When Dahmer was six he had “undergone hernia surgery, when he woke up from the anesthesia he was worried someone could have cut his genitals, the pain lasted for one week and after a long recovery period his parents remember he turned to be very loner (Giannetakis, n.d.).” It is believed that at age eight Dahmer had been sexually abused by a boy in his neighborhood (Hickey, 2013). If this event did occur, it could explain why he developed destructive sexual fantasies at the young age of twelve. Despite him being aloof, it has been reported that he would seek attention by faking epileptic seizures at school and local shops. By his adolescent years, he developed compulsive masturbation which would eventually lead to legal trouble (Silva, 2002). At the age of fourteen, Dahmer turned to alcohol abuse in order to overcome his feeling of despair and compulsive thoughts of sexual violent acts.
