Spain and Italy, although they are two different countries, share many similarities along with their differences. They are located relatively close to each other and have somewhat similar cultures, but there are still many differences between the two. Although I won’t cover every similarity or difference between the two, I’ll focus on a few differences and similarities. Some people believe that one country is better than the other, especially people who live there, but others love both of them. It can’t be said which is better, but by comparing and contrasting you can decide for yourself which one you think is the best. For one thing, Italy and Spain are both in Europe and are located relatively close to each other. They are also both in the European Union, which means that they both use Euros as their currency. Both Spain and Italy play the same types of sports as well; football (soccer) and tennis. Both countries are known for their museums, historical monuments and their architecture. There are also some things that both countries produce. They both produce olives, olive oil, wine and leather. Lastly, one of the biggest similarities is their religion. Both countries are mainly Roman Catholic and it is a very important part of most people’s lives. Although they are two different countries, they share many things in common. Overall, Spain and Italy may have multiple similarities, but they also are very different in some ways. They speak different languages, eat different foods and have different lifestyles. At the same time, they have the same religion, same popular sports and they are located right near each other. After comparing and contrasting the two countries, you should be able to decide which country you like more. They both have some great things, but they have different cultures.
