On September 5th, 2016 I, Investigator James Poffel was contacted by Officer Jessica Yarbrough in reference to a sexual assault report she was out on at the front desk of the Muskogee Police Department. The report Officer Yarbrough was taking was in reference to a kidnapping and first degree rape that occurred on September 4th, 2016 at the Comfort Inn, room #112, in Muskogee, OK. The victim’s of the kidnapping and rape are Gabriel Freeman (age 14) and Shantaneia Brown (age 15). Jemica and Krystal walked them in the back door of the hotel to room #112. As they got into the room, Jemica and Krystal forced the girls down, onto the bed. Jemica and Krystal were described as larger black females. At least bigger than Gabriel and Shantaniea. Jemica and Krystal held them down while the unknown adult male, tore their clothing off of them and raped them. The older white male was described as having a pony tail in a large braid, wearing a tan hat, and was physically strong. Gabriel was able to describe the tattoo that he had on his chest. She said he was not wearing a condom that she could tell. He not only raped them on the bed, but then forced them into the shower where he raped both of them again in the …show more content…
Anjannete Cubis, head of housekeeping, checked the room and noticed blood on the bed sheets. She immediately notified her supervisor and asked what she needed to do. Anjannete was informed to gather the bedding and put them into a trash bag. She was told to hold them for law enforcement and if they did not want them, than they would attempt to wash the stains out of them.
Furthermore, I have been in contact with Gabrielle Freeman’s legal guardian and grandmother. She believes her son knows who the man is who raped Gabrielle and can find out his name. I was provided with and address of the Open World Apartments, 2413 E 55th Pl, Apartment 10, Tulsa, OK as being the residence the suspect is believed to be living at. I was unable to find information for anyone at that residence matching the description of the suspect. Additionally, I called and spoke with the manager on duty at the apartment complex. The apartment manager would not release tenant’s names over the phone.
At this time, this investigation is being inactivated, pending any additional leads or information received that could lead to the possible identification of the suspect and his
Herbert walked into the bathroom, closed the door but did not lock it behind her. While Herbert was in the shower, Chuldzhyan entered the bathroom and slid open the shower curtain. Herbert saw that Chuldzhyan was naked and told him she likes to shower alone and not to come in with her. Chuldzhyan stood next to the shower and fondled her breast. Herbert pulled the shower curtain closed. Herbert heard Chuldzhyan walk out of the bathroom and slammed the door closed. Once Herbert was done showering, she noticed that Chuldzhyan took her clothing. Herbert used a white T-shirt that belonged to Chuldzhyan. Herbert walked out of the bathroom only wearing the white T-shirt and sat back on the living room couch. Chuldzhyan was in the kitchen pouring another glass of wine for Herbert. Herbert drank half of the glass of wine when Chuldzhyan began to fondle her breast and vagina over and under her clothes.
A horrific murder happened in tiny Skidmore on December of 2004. Lisa Montgomery and Bobbi Jo Stinnett met and found out that they had much in common and became good friends (Nunes 85-86). Surprisingly, Bobbi and Lisa met in an internet chat room. Bobbi was into puppy breeding and she occasionally served as a judge. Lisa lived in Kansas where her close friends were shocked about what she was talking about. Of course, Lisa shrugged it off and she sent an email to Bobbi saying that she wanted to see the puppies (Nunes 85-86). When Lisa met Bobbi Jo she had a fake name which was Darlene Fisher because she didn’t want Bobbi to know her real identity. When Lisa sent Bobbi the email she had a criminal intent on her mind. She was planning to choke Bobbi into unconsciousness and then cut open her womb and steal Bobbi’s unborn baby. When Lisa arrived at the house she threw a rope around Bobbi’s neck and choked her until she was unconscious. That is when Lisa took a knife and started to cut open Bobbi’s stomach. Lisa had to cut through skin, fat, and muscle to get to Bobbi’s uterus. Bobbi’s baby was in eight-month gestation; Lisa cut and tied the baby’s cord. Lisa stole the baby and fled to her house in Kansas. Unfort...
Alameda has had a hard life as a young girl growing up, both of her parents were alcoholics. Alameda was a 16 year old minor who had a baby and dropped out of school, and then was unable to care for the infant. A case manager by the name of Barbara LaRosa was assigned to Alameda case. Barbara took on Alameda as her client and made a visit to her parents’ home, while making the visit she found Alameda dad incompetent, and could not get any information from him to help with his daughter well-being.
Based on what I saw in the movie I determined I would complete this assignment in the following scenario. Claireece Precious Jones was removed from the physical custody of her mother, Mary Johnston, because of the sexual, physical and emotional abuse occurring in the home. Mary Johnston failed to protect Precious from the sexual abuse by her father, Carl Jones. Ms. Johnston also physically and emotionally abused Precious. In my scenario, Precious was in the custody of New York Department of Child Safety and her teacher, Blu Rain, was fostering her. In this scenario I am a licensed clinical social worker who received Previous’ case. Precious was brought to me by her New York Department of Child Safety Specialist for counseling to
The following day, a fisherman was at the Treeland Blvd. pond when he spotted some stuff floating in the water. Upon closer inspection he noticed it was firefighters gear and figured something must be wrong since firefighters do not just leave their equipment. The police had the pond drained and found a green Chevy truck at the bottom. Inside the truck was a substantial amount of blood; when the blood was tested it was that of Brandy Hall. The amount of blood in the cab of the truck makes it unlikely she will be found alive. The woods around the pond were also searched but nothing more was found.
Hantono was making dinner for the Mister when she recalled a stain she wanted to remove. She called a bunch of the other maid and her friends to get advice on how to remove the stain. But along with the advice came the rumors. A lot of the people she called told her that the rumors were that the Mister had murdered his wife. Mr. Hantono did not pay mind to the remarks until on of the maids suggested that she try lemon juice. The acid from the lemon juice made a white outline around the stain and gave it the appearance of a chalk outline from a crime scene. She looked up to see the mister looking at the stain and they both were think in the same thing.
I chose to do my paper on the movie, For Colored Girls, by Ntozake Shane (2010). In the movie For Colored Girls, I thought about all the Tangies who have not been professionally treated for their childhood rape. It is not an easy subject to talk about. The victims sometimes hide their emotions for years. Sexual abuse on a child is vulgar and according to Martin (2010), it is considered maltreatment and should be reported to authorities. Tangie knew her attacker, in fact he lived with them. He was a caregiver who was supposed to protect her. She held a lot of anger towards her mother because she felt that at least her mom should have protected her.
Christine Jessop was a nine year old girl who after bring dropped off by the school bus at her home in Queensville, decided to ride her bike to the park nearby to meet with her friends. After stopping to buy some gum at the local store, she was last seen walking her bike up her driveway by her friend Kim Warren. She did not keep her appointment with her friend at the park, and would never be seen alive again (Anderson & Anderson, 2009). This small town instantly became involved in the search for the missing girl, but with very little evidence to go on time passed, and hope began to diminish for the safe return home of Jessop. On New Year’s Eve 1984, eighty-nine days after Jessop went missing, her body was found badly decomposed in a bush by Fred Patterson fifty-five kilometers from Queensville. An autopsy would later revival that she was raped and mutilated (Anderson & Anderson, 2009). The police still did not have a suspect in the case nor did they have any leads, but now that her body was found the police and the small town were the topic of media, increasing pressure on the police to figure out what had happened to this little girl.

David suffered physical, mental, and emotional abuse from the age of four to 12-years-old. As his teachers and principal, neighbors, and even his maternal grandmother and father stand by and let the abuse happen, it makes me wonder what they could have done differently. For example, David’s father saw the abuse firsthand and he would try to intervene to help him out initially. David’s father was caught by the madness of his wife in calling him, ‘the boy’ and ‘It’. As much as his father tried to comfort David, he did not have the will to stand up against his wife. Another example, the maternal grandmother commented on bruises visible on David’s body and she did not take action to report her daughter for abusing her grandchild, David. Instead, David’s grandmother stated that she should stay out of it and let David’s mother raise her children as she saw fit. I believed the unreported instances observed by the public to be just as substantial a crime as the child abusers themselves. Also, the Department of Children and Social Services were contacted because of the alleged child abuse events that occurred previously; however, he was not taken from the home because the social worker of the agency sided with David’s mother. The social worker did not complete a thoroughly

When Deborah was only sixteen she became pregnant with her first child by Cheetah and boy she liked when she was younger. Cheetah and Deborah got married and then had their second child. Deborah became very unhappy in the marriage because Cheetah started drinking and doing drugs. He started abusing Deborah. Cheetah pushed Deborah so much she almost killed him if it wasn’t for Bobbette. Deborah’s brothers Sonny and Lawrence were doing well except for Joe. Joe was another case. Joe went to the military, and the family was hoping that would do him good; but he came out worse than when he went in. Joe was threatened and beaten up by a boy named Ivy. Joe was in so much rage he went and stabbed him and killed him. Joe eventually turned himself in to the law, was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced fifteen years in prison.
“We are unsure we can contact the kidnappers,” says Detective Philp Jones, “the recorded message was made through a disposable cell phone that was later found in the dumpsters at St. Paul Hotel. We hope to have the family all back together sooner rather than
