At the time of interview prepare a document that contain the full information like date and time, points to discussed. 7. Evaluate the whole process. Document Review: Document review is process in which each page in a collection is analyzed and reviewed by the means of technology, techniques currently using, cost, current employee status etc. The current system is not fully computerized so basically the purpose of this finding is to develop a fully computerized system. The problem which we are facing is because of manual system because due to this system we are not satisfied our clients on time. For the document review we can use different software like Graphics modeling software, Personal information managers, Wireless communication devices etc. When we are reviewing a document, we have to taking care of following steps: 1. Relevance- Is the information which we are using is relevant for the system.
