Ques-1 Interview: Interview is one of the most important part of fact finding studies, because we have to select a right person for the right post. For selecting a right person we have to design the right steps for interview. The steps for interview are as follows: 1. Identify the person to Interview in a informal way. 2. Determine the objectives, facts and general areas to be discussed for the interview. 3. Define the list of questions for interview using different interview types for example open-ended, close-ended, Range-of-response etc. 4. The duration of interview is not more than an hour with a friendly interaction. 5. At the time of interview give a brief introduction of yourself as well as company, give time for answering questions and after interview summarize the things. 6. At the time of interview prepare a document that contain the full information like date and time, points to discussed. 7. Evaluate the whole process. Document Review: Document review is process in which each page in a collection is analyzed and reviewed by the means of technology, techniques currently using, cost, current employee status etc. The current system is not fully computerized so basically the purpose of this finding is to develop a fully computerized system. The problem which we are facing is because of manual system because due to this system we are not satisfied our clients on time. For the document review we can use different software like Graphics modeling software, Personal information managers, Wireless communication devices etc. When we are reviewing a document, we have to taking care of following steps: 1. Relevance- Is the information which we are using is relevant for the system. All three sectors are basically used to provide the services to their customers. The only difference is the offers they are providing to different types of customers according to their needs and wants. The only reason of this classification is to able to present a clear analysis and research report. According to this research the customer satisfaction and service quality is vary from different sectors. If dimension are different but customer satisfaction is same for all services and products. In this report I want to draw a conclusion to point out how relationship is different in different sectors. Here we are dealing with different organization of the same sector, the customer satisfaction is depends upon the services, product quality, delivery time etc.
