Recommended: Gas cars vs electric cars easy

Can you imagine jumping into your vehicle to go to school in the morning and it’s a battery powered car, with it having no noise of an engine or shifting of gears. I am a car enthusiast. I work on muscle cars, and am curious how new cars will evolve as time goes on. You guys will in time have a battery powered car in some part of your life. It may be in the future when they are many of them or it could have been in the past when you played with your toy remote control car. Today we are going to cover the origin and history of battery powered cars, types of them, and what they will provide in the future.
In the history of these cars, they were known by people right away. Battery powered cars were popular when they were first introduced to people. “In 1899 electric vehicles outsold all other types of cars that were on the market” wrote Cadie Thompson, an editor …show more content…

Cadie Thompson continues to imply that, these vehicles were efficient and liked when operated because there was less “noise, smell and vibration”, than other vehicles. When spending money in a vehicle, surely a battery powered vehicle would have been a nice one to have back in the day. Then again, these cars were forgotten in time as other types of vehicles were innovated to meet people’s needs. Battery powered cars were no longer highly looked upon soon after their introduction into the market, with the innovation of gas cars. Henry Ford made gas cars cheaper than battery powered vehicles. “In 1912 an electric roadster was $1,750 while a gas car was $650”, stated Cadie Thompson.
