People talk about you behind your back. You talk about people behind their backs. People talk about you no matter who you are or what you do. You talk about people no matter who they are or what they do. It’s gossip. Everyone does it, but why? People gossip about each other due to social agendas, entertainment, and health reasons. Since people depend on socializing as a way of survival, gossiping merits friendships.There’s no better bond with friends than when you can’t stand the same person. “Gossip makes up about two-thirds of the naturally occurring conversations of adult men and women,” (Eileen Kennedy-Moore, Psychology Today).
