I agree with the quote. In my opinion, a leader is someone who can listen, without judgement and understand. A leader is someone who can inspire a change and who can empower that change to sustain itself.And, I believe that Oprah Winfrey is the one person who can justify the quote perfectly.
Oprah Winfrey is a name that needs no introduction to most people in the world. Starting her journey with nothing, today , she has everything anybody could wish for and more. She has the money, the friends, the fame, the respect and as she repeatedly has pointed out as a comical comment, the shoes.

Unable to look after her baby, Lee had sent Oprah to live with her maternal grandmother, Hattie Mae Lee. Oprah has mentioned in numerous occasions that Grandma Lee would take her to church every Sunday and it was she who taught Oprah to read before the age of three. Oprah today credits Grandma lee for her success as her grandma was always encouraging. In 1962, Oprah was sent to Nashville, Tennessee to live with her biological father Vernon Winfrey as her mother was having some financial issues. Vernon, according to Oprah was a strict parent but made Oprah’s education his priority.
