I also like how this technique makes you really interact with your body and makes you relax throughout the whole practice. I think that this practice will be useful to me to help reduce my stress and make me less worry. I notice that when I do this practice, it definitely helps me erase negative thoughts in my mind and lets me focused on my body more.
