Today I am going to talk about a old but famous suspense and horrible movie by Steven Spielberg -- Jaws.
From official poster we can see a shark. This movie is related to the shark, but actually this movie is about a killer shark. After it released to the public, the audience of American beach was reduce a lot, because Jaws affect audience point of view to the sea. Some viewers of the Jaws called the killer shark”The teeth of the sea” and jn movie, Hooper called the shark”Eating Machine”. And this powerful the scene during/after Eating Machine eating was scared the viewers because the scene is bloody.

John Williams was the music maker of the Jaws. Through pitches, rhythm and volume changes theme music highlight the horror feeling of horror movie(Jaws is a horror movie). In the opening scene when Chrissie is eating by the killer shark, the background was very scared, scared music combine with that horror scene is easy to show the horror feeling then let viewer to feel it.

Part 4: I think Jaws is a good horror movie, and the technique it use I think is in the top 10 that time, even top 1. Because actually they use a robert shark, but the movement is very similar as the real shark. And the mise - en - scene is good, especially is lighting, it is suit with the scene. Sound effects and music are show/highlight horror feeling. Editing make the scene/action Fluent and coherent, viewer will not feel anything strange. For me I think the only mistake that Jaws have is the scene effects is not same as the movie now so when I watch Jaws first I was feel a little strange.

If I need give a grade to Jaws, I will give it 9 out of 10. It has good music and sound effects can help scene build up suspense.Camera shots and angles can show the scene well. But just like what I said its scene effects/style is not same as the movie now and I can see camera/photographer in a little scene. So I give it
