The self-esteem of team members correlates with involve-ment with decision making.” It is significant that you have to be able to work in the field of nursing to be able to participate in the decision- making or information process; for instance, you can’t be in other fields like sociology or criminology to participate in a group discussion concerning Nursing. They can’t just rely on the information given to them. They will like to see if that information that is provided will have a cure of what the patient is passing through or if the information provided will make a change in the population or society. If the decision will require the need for change then I will say ,the higher the number of people whose opinion have been considered , the greater will able to support for the change. Sometimes decision supposed to make quickly without the concern from those who will be affected by the decision. However, there is a problem in the running of how information in Nursing are processed because a decision making without a consideration with other agencies can often result in an unnecessary waste of time and can lead to negative outcomes .So it is the right of individuals to have a total vision of the Nursing organization, and keep the track about day to day happening.
