1.1BACKGROUND With the rising population of Nepal, they are now having highly time-constrained lifestyles; the option to choose fast food outlets for dining is becoming a trend. Fast food is becoming a prominent consumer food service category in Nepal. With prices comparatively cheaper than other full-service restaurants and easy accessibility with wide range and number of outlets available, fast food plays a big role for being convenient, quick food source for busy individuals, especially students and working adults.
