1. Evaluate if your individual level self-care plan was effective for you. Provide rationale for your answer. The individual self-care plan was useful because I follow through on most of the plan, but sometimes I do not meet all the goals. The most important of them that I make sure I achieved daily is getting at least 6 hours of sleep. This helped my sanity with all the workloads both at home and school. 2. Describe the role of supportive others in your self-care plan, was it difficult to ask for and receive help? What was most helpful to meet your goals, the internal resources or the external supports? Evaluate the addition of the community level component. Did the community meet the goal? Did the community component add stress or support? Would you consider your self-care augmented with the addition of the community component or more difficult and less effective? Please provide a rationale and specific examples that support your response. The community component of the self-care was fantastic and effective. The classmates turned out in doing something every week to promote a positive atmosphere by showing a positive attitude to another member, sharing foods, drinks, music, simple self-care that can be used daily and so on. Also, people remind each other of assignment due dates, events coming up and thanks to Susan for the splendid work she did on compiling all assignments due dates and shared it with us, saving the time of looking for what is due all over the D2L and be able to plan. It was helpful for me this semester. 4.
