India is serving piping hot construction projects all across the country. With India’s economy getting bigger and bigger. A new study by Global construction perspectives and Oxford Economics says, India will become the world's third largest construction market by 2025, adding 11.5 million homes a year to become a $1 trillion a year market. Infrastructure industry led by some of the established as well emerging companies have constituted a strong domestic market and has displayed a sturdy performance with continuous growth.

United States of America Land of Opportunity? United States of America is known as the land of opportunity for many immigrants who dare to dream of a better life. Since the beginning of American history, United States has focused more about equal opportunity than any other country. There are many people who strongly believe that once they come to the United States it is almost guaranteed to find success. For example, my relatives in Korea always ask my parents how much my family has earned so far.
To fully explore the statement “America is the land of wealth and opportunity” We must first decide what “wealth and opportunity” is. Merriam-Webster defines wealth as:
SNC Group’s story began in 1911, when Dr. Arthur Surveyer opened an engineering office in Montreal, Quebec (Forbes, 2013). SNC is one of the leading engineering and construction organizations in the world and has established offices in over 50 countries with approximately 45,000 employees providing engineering services, design, procurement, and construction management (Reference for Business, 2014). The company’s first major international project was building the Idukki power station in Kerala, India, in 1963 (Forbes, 2013). The company grew aggressively through acquisition in the 1970s. SNC began to establish itself as a public company in 1986 and half of SNC's revenues were now coming from abroad.
There are many similarities and differences between domestic and global project management. A project manager must realize that what might work in their country may not work in a foreign environment. Project managers might find themselves using practices that have worked for them in the past, without even thinking of the new environment, and issues may arise. Project managers need to understand the differences in a different country's environment to avoid and reduce any obstacles that there may be. Some considerations global project managers must consider are the legal, political, security, geographical, economic infrastructure, and culture implications of working with different countries (Gray, 2006).

Firstly it is important to take into consideration the importance of growth and development for the major industries that maintain the economy of countries around the world, and for this matter the constant creation and renovation of infrastructure is totally necessary, in order to facilitate and accelerate the growth period of many industries driving each specific country.
Aditya Birla Group is one of the first multinational corporations in India. Its headquarter is located in Mumbai with many others operations in different parts of the world such as in Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Myanmar, Laos, Indonesia, Philippines, China…), Europe (UK, Germany, Hungary, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland…), America (US, Brazil…). Throughout their growing, Aditya Birla have become well known in many sectors that they get involved in not only in India but also around the world. Back to the earlier day of the corporation, when it first founded, the group has focused on critical sector such as textiles and fibre, aluminum… and become one of the largest participant in those areas. Later on, in the 1960s, the company had expanded their business into cement and chemicals. Also, they expanded their business across the border of India into many other countries. This “revolution” has brought the name of the group into the international business map and become bigger than ever (Aditya Birla Group 2007). Today, ABG is a corporation with the consolidate revenue of 30bil with the affiliates in 45 countries and 60% of their revenue come from internationally and become one of the largest private company in the world (Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, 2011).
It is among the largest engineering companies in Malaysia with a growth rate of over 20% for four consecutive years and is among the best managed companies in Asia. It is among the most transparent and therefore leads on the issue of corporate governance. It enjoys incredible growth in sales shareholder and has a base of nearly 1 million.
