1) The most vainable culture was the Inca, beause the people lived in towns and cities, connected by good roads, even today in some countries we do not have good roads. They had a good system of messages, such as the postal system. They had a great agriculture, wayering their lands by aqueducts, something really tecnologic to the period. They had factories and well-developed social systems. They had taxes, wich is something that people do today. The Incaz were a peaceful people, they had domesticated dogs and Illamas.
