There are some benefits of strategic planning. Strategic planning may have a direct impact on your business and organization.

First, it enables the next thing you do not let it happen to you.
It is the difference between active or passive. In the defensive or offensive. The environment or the fight to win the victims. Not every situation is predictable, but you can make decisions and respond to constantly changing market conditions in the end in mind.

Secondly, it establishes direction
Clearly defines the purpose of the organization, establish achievable goals and clearly communicated to voters mission consistent. Provides a base for progress, workers ' compensation can be measured, and the establishment of effective decision-making boundaries.

Finally, it creates longevity of the business
Changes in the world market and industry are faster than ever, those companies who do not have a solid foundation and rely on luck and opportunity, they probably would not be around in the future.
