Its energy is what animates your body. In other words, your physical body acts like a vehicle to house your soul, so that it can experience what it means to live in the material realm. For these reasons, your soul is your true identity. Your body isn’t your true identity, because it’s made of matter, which is made of atoms that are mostly empty space. The space that isn’t empty in atoms isn’t solid, but is actually made of energy. So, what does this mean? It means that matter and your body are more like illusions or projections. The only thing that is truly real is energy which is what your soul is made of. To communicate to your soul, you need to first believe that you have one.
