Importance Of Diversity

Diversity in my eyes means many different cultures, people, religion, talents, race, appearance, and moral values. Diversity is what makes people unique from others. There are over 7 Billion people in the world. Each Person is different; they have something different from everyone. In this world you can find things that you can never imagine exist. Also Crazy things people can do that you think it’s not possible. All around the world there are exotic, unimaginable, scary, intriguing things and people we will soon come to meet.

Diversity globally to me means the different countries in the continent. Such as China, America, South Africa, Russia, Germany, Italy, Japan and many more. These countries have many different cultures. The cultural values of a community give it an identity of its own. Communities achieve a character and a personality of their own, because of the culture of its people. Culture is shared by the members of a community. It is learned and passed from the older generations to the newer ones. For an effective transfer of culture from one generation to another, it has to be translated into symbols. Language, art and religion serve as the symbolic means of transfer of cultural values between generations. Culture is a bond that ties the people of a country or community together. It is because there is one common bond, which brings the people of a community together. The customs and traditions that the people of a community follow the festivals and holidays they celebrate the kind of clothing they wear, the food they eat, and most importantly, the cultural values they live by. This is what brings them all together.

In Conclusion what diversity means to me are the things that are unique in the world, including the different types of people, animals, geography, food, religion, cultures, arts, and other various things. By having a diverse world you get to learn from each other. We use techniques from others to improve our lives. For example Asia wanted to westernize their country to make their countries become modern. Leaders imitated other leaders’ ways of leading their way to independence. Diversity makes the world survive. By combining ideas we can find ways to solve to save our earth. Diversity to me is everything I just wrote down. All these components make up diversity.
