What are the special challenges women, men, children and minorities who are homeless and suffering with a mental illness face?

Hypothesis
Problems such as economic and social issues have more of an effect on a person’s mental health when homeless.

Gender, age, race and ethnicity are not contributing factors when discussing the overlap between homelessness and mental illness.

Making it illegal to perform necessary daily activities in public when homeless people have no where else to go makes it impossible for homeless people to avoid violating the law. A study done in Chicago discovered that ?39% of homeless people interviewed had worked for some time during the previous month?.
