First, let me introduce myself, I'm Nguyen Thi Ngoc, from DH14TA2.
I am honored and delighted to stand here and express my feeling on an important day like this – Graduation Ceremony .
Four years is not too long but it is enough to have many memories at this place, to know where I was standing, what I want, and my choice is right or wrong and perfecting myself more .
It was a journey that I can't accomplish alone without any help yet. Therefore, today with what the most sincerity and respect , I want to send 4 thanks.
First, I want to thank my parents who the greatest parents in the world. You know , it's difficult to be able to study at university. Many things we need money, especially tuition. I had part-time jobs, about 8 hours a day,
Ladies and gentlemen, it's an honour to be standing here. I suppose I should actually say it's an honour and a pleasure, but I know the pleasure won’t kick in until this speech part is over.
Congratulations. Congratulations first off to the teachers and administrators, for having successfully educated another class. Congratulations to the parents for having put up with us through the first stage of our lives. But most of all, congratulations to all of you, the class of 2017. You have sat through 53,240 hours of school, learning and listening through adding to dividing to squaring to solving quadratic equations and designing roller coasters.
Jeremy K! Good evening, I miss you. We should be tangled up at this very moment! You do realize I would love to go to dinner, lunch, breakfast, brunch, tea, the movies, park, pool, Zoo, Aquarium, sonic, Walmart, chapel, golf course, darts aka anywhere with you correct?
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, friends and family, teachers, students, and most of all, graduates of the Class of 2018. It's truly an honor to be standing before you on this special day. First and foremost, I would like to start this speech off by thanking my parents, who have raised me since the day I was born and have helped me become the person I am today. All of my achievements are not only mine, but theirs too, because without my mom and dad's hard work and encouragement, I would not be standing here and speaking to all of you today. In fact, none of us would have come this far without the support of our families.
Greetings Uncle, My most honourable Uncle, I am writing to inform you of a multitude of misconducts by the Duke of Ferrara, and to persuade you to abolish the marriage plans between him and your daughter immediately. The Duke is an abominable man who is unfit to marry your amiable, well-mannered daughter, Carol. With disheartening, horrific evidence at hand, I sincerely hope to change your mind about the entirety of this marriage. I attended his most recent speech at his palace and learned much about him that I feel would be of concern to you. The Duke of Ferrara is a distasteful, abhorrent man who wishes to control everything around him.
How do I spend a night with you as my king would change things in my life? Lord, thank you for giving me another day to see your manifested glory in my life. Thank you for allowing me to see another day that was not promised to me with all activities of my limbs and being in a right state of mind. Forgive me of my sins, those that I know of and those that I don’t. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me.
How are you? I love reading your stories! Sounds like a splendid day! Last minute plans are often the best... You enjoy biking as well? That is great! Do you bring your own bike or do you rent one? I am happy that you had a wonderful time in your “hometown”. Thank you for the info regarding the Cheltenham (pronounced Cheltnam :-)) Day. If we are in town, we may pay a visit. I really enjoy small town festivities.
Good Morning ladies and gentleman, Good Morning to the honourable school principle, good morning to all of the parents that attending this graduation, and good morning to all of my beloved friends. First of all I would say thank you to the God, I can standing here, to be the representative of the school to deliver my speech about the graduation. Also, thank you to all of the student for the trust that gave it to me. As a student, it is our responsibility to learn and keep learning.
Good afternoon, first I want to thank you all for attending this special occasion today. This really means so much to me during these two stressful years in my life. During my years in middle school, it's been challenging trying to maintain your grades beyond b average, finding time to hang out with your friends over the weekends, and simply trying to understand the new curriculum of math. However, I accomplished this year with a 3.86 GPA. I would not be able to accomplish this if I hadn't worked my butt off.
Good evening esteemed Board Members, Colleges, Friends, and Family, I stand before you humbled and honored to receive this award. An award which represents an achievement in my field of work as an educator. But it was by no mean an easy task to achieve alone. It’s said that it takes a village to raise a child, the same can be said about raising an educator.
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, friends and family, faculty, students, and most of all Graduates of the class of 2016. It is an honor to speak to you on this special occasion. Today is an important milestone in [my life] and all of my classmates lives. It’s the day when we can finally experience the results of 2 years of hard work and sacrifice. It is the day we can stand proud as living monuments to the proverbial saying, “anything that doesn’t kill you can only make you stronger.”
Good morning my beautiful, Johanna. I'll start by saying this, I think birthdays are bullshit, and as you would say, I'll tell you for why. It's the only days really where people you barely know will pretend to care and acknowledge your existence. It's the only day where regular people will make an effort to make you feel special. Selfishly, I don't want to be one of those regular people in your life.
Your welcome for all of the times that we made you smile and lifted up your day. Your welcome for all of the stories that we tell you. Your welcome for all of the love that we give you every single day. Your welcome to you in every way that we walk into your class ready to work and put in everything we have to make you proud. Fourth, I would love to say keep going.
Now I would like to take the time to thank everyone who has helped me get this far. First of all, thank you to all the teachers. None of us would be here without you always pushing our academic abilities to the fullest. Jessica Parker a.k.a. my partner in crime as Mr. Tri would refer to us. You made everyday coming to school worthwhile. Hillary Laswell, who would leave third period to go steal flowers from horticulture and give them to Mrs. Granillo with me. My brother Jeramie who always said, "If anyone is mean to you, I'll take care of it." My Mom, thank you for always believing in me and putting up with me when I was a real jerk.
Valedictorian Speech Good evening fellow graduates, teachers, family members, friends, and distinguished guests. It is a tremendous honor to be the valedictorian of our graduating class. My job is to somehow be the voice of the entire graduating class, and take five minutes to say a few words on behalf of all 539 of us. Like most valedictorians, writing this speech was not an easy task for me. Not because I did not have anything to say, but because I was overwhelmed by how much I wanted to share with you all on this day. Tonight, we have one common purpose, to celebrate. We are here to congratulate, to look towards what the future holds for us, to wish each other well, and to, most importantly look back on our time spent here. So, I would like to start by saying 'well done' to my fellow graduates, who have all worked hard during the past several years to reach this milestone. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the graduating class for selecting me to speak here tonight. Ever since the news broke, many people, some who've I've never really met before, have come up to me and have wished me well. Perhaps this speech would be incomplete if I don’t say something to the teachers. On the behalf of my entire class, I would like to thank all my teachers: thank you. Thank you for teaching us, for leading us, for building us up as adults. I know that we have not given back to you the respect you deserve. I know that we have not told you how much we appreciate you taking time out of your schedules to help us. And I know that we have not said thank you for giving us a wonderful education. So, I hope that as I say thanks, you can forget our shortcomings and remember us for who we are and not from the mistakes we have made. ...
