Critical Preface As somebody who always played sports until my senior year in high school, the connection with something that I always like, it is really huge. I would always argue with anyone who would try to say anything bad about sports. As a former athlete I want to know what kind of effects does sports have in ourselves, whether they help your body and brain or not.
Some people believe that by doing sports you can stay in a good shape and a healthy brain. Sports had become a big part of our society. After having done some research on sports, I believe that they help your brain, it can help to boost up your memory and productivity.
We as people we only view things from different perspective and sometimes we disbelieve what we haven’t experience yet. Sports can be really great help for students because it is more than an activity, it is a guide through your journal. This will allow the students to participate and perform better in the schools and in their jobs. Some people have to really view sports as something that can really help them as a human being is all ways because it also has a high percentage of decreasing crime because they are doing something that is worth for them. If more people take sports seriously, this society would be a better place to live. People could get a clue of what sports can do for them, they will have a higher performance rate in the sports and a higher chance of getting to the point where they want to be.
In March, I gathered different researches done into how exercise or sports can help your body and mind. The studies stated the importance of doing exercise and how this helps your brain and also how athletes are more likely to perform better in …show more content…
