Henry Ford created the Model T in 1908 and Americans lives changed since that day. In today's times the main way of transportation is a car , in a neighborhood you see cars parked on the street , cars in the driveway , and other times there is a car driving behind , beside , or in front of you. Most people rely on cars for their everyday life and Henry Ford helped achieve that equality by creating the Model T. Henry Ford wanted to make a change , he began to build his first vehicle in 1896, which was the quadricycle and because of this first invention he had pushed himself to build a car that the average american family or common man could afford. With the Model T americans could buy a car , use it for necessities and live a “normal“ life. Ford had created a four cylinder engine , the outside of the car was made of vanadium steel but it was light and strong and it came in green , grey , blue , and black. The car was said to be easy to operate with the steering wheel on the left , the gas tank underneath the under the driver's seat , and a 20 horsepower engine. Even though this car was inexpensive , it was a good quality automobile during that time. Americans all around the world could have been seen driving around in Henry Ford’s Model T. Cars were becoming more and more common which meant that gas stations and roads were being made giving more jobs to Americans. Not only were people able to afford and drive these cars it helped other citizens who needed work, the jobs like the gas stations , roads , and even working for Ford himself.
