Homosexuality in the United Kingdom Over the recent years, the lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender that we collectively call the LGBT group have continued to struggle for their rights; fortunately they break through in a sense. Homosexuality is not a new topic between modern open-minded people and citizens of developing societies particularly in western countries; the gay community has created another kind of culture. Why is homosexuality becoming more and more common, why is there around six percent of the UK population “coming out” and acknowledging their homosexuality, how do people think of the phenomenon? I would like to approach these above considerations through some potential causes of homosexuality, attitudes of the government and the general public, marriage and family clause of the LGBT group. To conclude; I would like to offer some of my own thoughts. First of all, researchers vary from psychiatrists and psychologists indicate that ten percent of homosexuality is hereditary genetic mutation while others are created. Many gays have innate tendency to illustrate the characteristics of his (her) parent cell or organism. The genetic chromosome structure determines that numerous homosexuals are proficient in some domains such as art and sports with only natural talent; yet, it also brings them tend towards same-sex "tendency", like a coin toss. On the other hand, the rest of the homosexuals are affected by subjective circumstance: social factors and psychological factors. For example, the girls who are majoring in physical education normally spend most of time with the boys, thus they produce masculine easily. According to psychological factors, there are another reasons which are also major causes, including family ... ... middle of paper ... ...em and reject them; human thought should follow equivalent as the social development of economy and technology. In conclusion, eradicating homophobia, racism and sexism extremely important to our lives, we should respect basic human right of everyone.
