Hi Shavonte, There were damages to the left tail light and rear end of the car, but I am not currently aware if this is something that SJM would need to cover or not. Avis has not contacted myself regarding the claim I filed with them. I have checked on their website for more information and the typical timeline for processing a damage claim is 30-60 days.
