It would be a great idea for all schools to switch to an healthier school lunch. They should change it because it will help children focus on test, quizzes, and inside of the classroom when taking notes. The kinds of foods that should be token away is the kids least favorite foods. For example kids will write down the most ten hated school foods served, which ever is the most voted gets token away. Then kids could give options of healthy school lunches to be replaced. The junk food and drinks in the vending machines will be thrown out and replaced for healthier foods and snacks. For example they could put fruit or vegetable flavor juice boxes different flavor of yogurts in the vending machines. Also vegetable, fruit chips, drink and yogurt …show more content…

By eating foods that are not good for you will hurt your body by gaining extra weight, being lazy, always wanting to eat unhealthy all the time. Then you would be out of shape. Each school could try this program for a month to see if it changes kids behavior, health, and getting better grades. This program will help lots of kids to stay healthy and to keep eating healthy. It could decrease weight for some kids who are trying to lose weight or that are on a diet. It would cost less money to do because fruits and vegetables are cheaper to buy. Instead of fast food places, restaurants or getting foods delivered to the schools to serve to the childrens to eat for lunch or breakfast. For example McDonalds, Wendys, Taco bell and a lot of other fast foods are not good for you to eat. Every kid will get a free fruit of there choice to eat in the mornings or afternoon because that wakes kids brains up for school. It will work good if you have a big test in the mornings. By having healthy school lunches at school will help children focus in school. It will make there brain wake up.
