Without the opportunity of education, an individual's ability to achieve a good quality of life is compromised, their pursuit of happiness is hindered, and their ability to understand their own liberty is decreased. Headstart is a nationwide program that provides all children with the opportunity of education, fostering success later in life, despite any differences or disadvantages the child may have at birth.
