I believe you could never be too old to trick or treat the age limit that stops young kids and even adults from being them self from having fun on one night of the year to dress up as their favorite tv character, favorite role model even turn them selve into a scary monster sitting these halloween nights inside watching Amc halloween specials is boring let the world be themselves you could never be too old to trick or treat.

... adding a new law will not change anything. When teens are out after curfew, they are committing a crime, and therefore by default, adding to the list of juvenile criminals. Consequently, curfews do not decrease crime rates.
Curfews don't keep teens out of trouble at night. Making more trouble by forcing them to stay in the house. They'll sneak out the house any time at night to go to a party, or have fun. Sneaking out the house past their curfew; with their parents thinking their child's in bed. When the parent finally notices that the child is missing they will have no idea where their child's at.
As shown above, curfew laws can play a very critical role in a teenager’s life. It can assist with keeping the city safer, help them get enough sleep, and help them build their personal skill under a well-structured system routine. A lot of people might find curfew laws for teenagers unconstitutional and contradict the first amendment, so they decide not to abide with it. But by doing so, they are placing more a bigger experience to teenagers who are still working on developing their skills to take on new challenges. After all, Teenagers are the future of our society if we don’t teach, coach, direct, and offer guidance their future will be unstable and unproductive and that will affect the entire nation.

Curfews have been around for a long time. Curfews were created to prevent teens from staying out late and getting in trouble. As John Green said “History doesn’t have a curfew”. I believe that curfews don’t keep teens out of trouble.
Today law enforcement is criminalizing innocent activity because of curfews placed in their region. Like in Shaina’s case, she had a destination in mind. Many young teens out past 10p.m. are only trying to get home or have a place of interest in mind. There shouldn’t be an automatic negative assumption of a teen that is out past 10pm. Teenagers should not have labels placed upon them when they have not caused any trouble. Curfew laws create these labels on young teens and put down the ones who are innocent. Curfew laws discriminate against young teens who have done nothing wrong and serve no threat to the community.
Halloween is a time to get dressed up, and have fun. A time to go out and get free candy. Should the fun be stopped just because some people feel there should be an age limit. Kids should be able to be kids as long as they want; therefore, there is no such thing as too old to trick or treat.
I choose they should have Halloween In school to. Mostly every kid will enjoy school a little more.Most kids will have lots of fun at school by playing with costumes and getting extra candy from teachers and having fun. Kids also need to have exercise so if they walk around classrooms they could have more exercise and more fun. Kids also have friends to socialize with.

Curfews are here to stop teenagers from roaming the streets at night and causing trouble. In consideration of having a curfew for teenagers, the crime rate has greatly decreased. Many tests and studies have confirmed that curfews do keep teenagers out of trouble. Curfews have helped keep many of the streets safe and free of crime in various cities around the world, even cities in Michigan.
However, many cities and states in the US currently enforce curfew laws that deny young teens under the age of 18 their right to be in public places or to drive after certain hours. These laws are punishing minors for exercising their constitutional rights in the same way that adults do without such punishment; they are mostly causing no harm, and do not deserve to be discriminated against by the government in the way they are.
Keeping kids out of trouble is another reason why policy makers may feel that juvenile curfew should be implemented. Most people believe that after a certain time of night, there is nothing positive happening. This may cause the minor to be involved in something they probably shouldn’t be doing. ADD
Students need to be supervised after a specific time of night. This isn’t because they will do something disruptive, but they might run into trouble and not know how to react. Stated in an article by Ebscohost, “Hundreds of U.S. cities have laws of curfew that apply to kids 17 and younger, and with that crimes and deaths have went down significantly over the last couple of years”. This valid fact supports the opposition that curfew is over all a good idea for students and parents. If more cities could recognize this now the world can be a safer place. In another example while being in darkness you are more vulnerable to get hurt. You cannot see as easily as you would if you were in light thus making it easier to hurt you. While being inside in a well-lit room or sleeping, you are guaranteed to be much more safer than being outside. Students shouldn’t even be out that late; there is no need to be. All stores are closed, no one is outside, and you are just waiting for trouble to strike.
Just like with all laws, people have been for and against curfew laws. These laws have been passed to control teen criminal activity, safety. Some argue that curfew laws take away rights from young people, while others say they cause issues with crime records by charging youth with breaking laws that have no criminal activities other than being out late. Others argue that curfew laws force teens to bond with their families, cause them to stay away from drugs and alcohol, reduce teen pregnancies, and overall reduce crime rates. When the government tells people where they can and can’t be, it brings into question civilian rights, and here in the United States more particularly, constitutional rights.
Should teenagers be restricted to a curfew? That's a question many parents question themselves. What is my son up? What is my daughter doing? How do I know if they're safe? What time will he/she be home? When following curfews, teens tend to stay out of trouble more because criminal activity or high-risk behaviors is more likely to occur later in the evening when parental supervision is not present. Therefore teenagers need have a curfew, imposing curfews would help keep young teens out of trouble legally, set strict boundaries, and provides safety.
