The writing process has many different steps. Each step has unique attributes. People struggle with each of the different steps in the writing process. Some people have trouble thinking of what to write about, others have trouble editing and revising. Wrapping up the writing process with a strong conclusion can also be troublesome for many people. In this paper we will be discussing the first step in the writing process, what professional writers think about how to get started. The steps in the beginning of the writing process include creating a plan, brainstorming and writing a draft.
There are many factors to consider as to why a student may have failed or had to retake a class, but we believe there is one major factor that most people neglect to think about. Students are unable to understand the material due to the style professors use to teach. When students are unable to understand the material, they begin to get frustrated. Some eventually begin to give up because they think they will never be able to learn the material. So, why is it that some students can pass a class while others do not? We think that each student has their own unique learning style while each professor has their own way of teaching. Some professors teach by lectures, some use visuals, some use hands-on activities, and some use a variety of these methods. When taking these simple factors into consideration, it is easy to see why a student that learns best by viewing pictures or diagrams may struggle or become distracted easily during a lecture-based course ("Types of Learning Styles.") This can cause them to do poorly in the class and if they need to retake the class again it
There are many of peculiarities between being a traditional and non traditional student. I have been enrolled at Bethel University for 2 years and 7 months and I love the freedom of being a non traditional student. Being a non traditional student mean having access to a virtual campus at any time of the day or night. Some online universities are synchronous and other are asynchronous. Synchronous is were students appear online to complete the assignment together and asynchronous is just the opposite. I enjoy the discussions and debates with students but for working adults or stay at home parent this can cause difficulties.
In the 1960’s a concept for HTML was created by Ted Nelson, a Harvard graduate. His work was never used until the 1980’s, when the internet was introduced because of a lack of need for it. At the time, HTML was the only option for web development, and there was not much freedom when it came to design. Sites were basic, consisting of simple tables, text and links, with little to no graphics. Then the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was created to stop large businesses from controlling web design code. The W3C is responsible for setting the guidelines, techniques, and rules for web development. This was created so that the sites created would all work with browsers consistently and without errors.

Next, you have to develop the layout of the web page. You should draw some simple sketches to display the basic “look and feel” of the web page. The use of a specific theme or template should be used to maintain the same basic look throughout the web site. Keep the reader of the web site in mind when designing the web site. Most readers will not usually wait on large graphic files to load, especially on the home page.
