Guns Should Be Banned In The United States

Today in the U.S there are a lot of violence and it has risen significantly, this would decrease if guns are banned. According to BBC (2016), 60% of murders were caused by firearms. If guns are banned the level of crime in the U.S will decrease unquestionably. and there will be less violence and a reduction in deaths. Another, reason why guns should be banned is because then there will be a decrease in the amount of shootings. It would be easier for the police since they don't have to worry about guns. Can one believe that 13,286 people were killed because of guns. It has been proven that many U.S citizens are scared of becoming a victim of gun violence. They are scared of losing loved ones for no reason but to the violence of people with guns. If guns are banned there will be a definite decrease in fear of Americans. According to Newport, 2017 4 out of 10 people in the U.S fear of being a victim of gun violence. As one can think, this is no easy thing to think about. As one, think of the people in the U.S how they will feel about this. How about if you were a mom and letting your son go to the park or walk to school by themselves. All of these factors why parents don’t let their sons/ daughters is because of fear. Who wants to be a victim of a violence related crime involving guns. Recently in Toronto on Monday April 22, 2018 there was a van attack. Also information released by CNN saids that 10 people died in this van rampage attack on a sidewalk. Allegedly when he was face to face with an officer he had something in his and, but later the police confirmed that it was only a cell phone. Look at this event. People in Toronto must have felt feared after some guy kills 10 people by driving a rented truck into bunch of innocent pedestrians . In the U.S it’s the same thing. The U.S is the 5th safest country in the world out of 160 countries according to safearound.com. But why is the U.S not the same as Canada which is ranked 8th out of 160 countries. The main reason is that it’s not safe It is all due to guns but the government doesn’t take any actions this will continue and the U.S will continue to drop to the bottom of the list out of all the countries since their is so much violence. People are always pushing towards the government that they need help since they can’t do anything. But this proofs that even though they are the 51th safest country in the world they still need to improve on their gun control. Can one think that in the U.S there is enough guns of every man, woman and child according to BBC (2016). Why would someone want to have a mass productions of guns for everyone. It would make the whole country uncontrollable. The government need to realize that if they let this happen in the future the U.S is going to become a
