 What is meant by the term “thesis statement?”
A thesis statement is crucial in an informative essay, it is the main topic or idea, supported by evidence through scholarly articles. It is used to keep the essay focused and to the point. A thesis often answers several questions, such as; an answer to questions established in an essay, an answer to a problem identified, and a statement that proclaims a position on a debatable subject. It is usually the last sentence subtly listed in the introduction that sets off the essay.
 What are the characteristics of a good thesis statement?
Discuss how a blueprint thesis is one possibility and why.
Good characteristics are detailed, well thought out, pose a question, can be debated, and organized. A blueprint thesis is building blocks within the paragraph that make up points and sub-points to build a great essay. They all reflect back to the actual thesis statement. You must have a good foundation to build your paper.

It is crucial to have plenty of resources on the subject for a thesis in order to give all the facts necessary to complete an informative essay. You need statistics to back up your writing. You must know what you are going to write about to properly voice your thesis statement. Everything hinges on the thesis statement, it must be clear, factual, organized, and amazing
