Fully fashioned knitwear has the problem that the texture and dimension of the garment cannot be determined before the sample is actually knitted and finished where various conditions involved in the knitting process. It is reliant the stretch and recovery factor moreover shrinkage, elongation percentage before knitting the garment. It is also impossible to signify to the dimension of the fully fashioned knitwear after finishing. The design of woven garment is individualized by patterns, the design of fully fashioned is specified by the number of wale and course and unit of loops and mainly patterns are not in extensive use. This is because even if a particular size is specified by a pattern, fully fashioned knitwear of the specified size is not available and also because of the texture, which is the main feature of fully fashioned, cannot be expressed by the pattern. Though the dimension is variable test or fit sample making practice is suitable for fully fashion knitwear. For final production need to develop several numbers of fit sample or calico toile.
