Romeo and Juliet died for they're love, they did everything they could to stay together as lovers. They're deaths wasn't planned it was all in the hands of one person. In my perspective Friar Laurence was the main blame for the death of the couple. I believe this because if Friar Laurence could have went to the families and told them that the feud between them would have to end. Everyone trusted Friar Laurence, if he would've asked them to stop there's a good chance Romeo and Juliet would still be alive.

Although, Friar married them and kept their relationship quiet he still is to be blamed. He came up with the idea of the potion for Juliet to be asleep for 42 hours. When Juliet took the potion everyone thought she was dead. Friar Laurence sent Friar John out to deliver the letter to Romeo where he was banished to let him know that she is not really dead. Friar John couldn't do the job because he caught the plague. So Romeo never receives the message. When Romeo stops and see's his friend Balthasar he paid to send him news that goes on in Verona while he's banished. Balthasar came to Romeo with the sad news that Juliet is dead. Not knowing that she's just asleep. Friar Laurence ran all around looking for Romeo and couldn't find him to tell him she's not dead. Soon as Romeo took the poison and died, Juliet wakes up and see's him dead. So she takes his dagger and skills herself. Later, Both families find out the truth and feels terrible for letting they're beef get between Romeo and Juliet's love. They both could still be alive if Friar Laurence went and tried to deliver the message himself to Romeo but he never got the
