The United States of America was born on diversity and different beliefs. This is what many believe to be great about this country. Considering such a mixture of cultures, the United States needs a strong leader to bring the nation together. Since the time of our Founding Fathers, the political views of the nation has mended the course of history. In conjunction with an imagination and great aspects, our Founding Fathers created three political parties; the Democratic party the Republican party and the Liberal party. Among the many of theses unknowns is the nations debt, which can increase or decrease with a new President. As the current President has so much success in business and making such a successful empire the nation is hopeful the debt will decrease. Still, when a new President takes office, there are new expenses to uphold and keep the promises that were made during their campaign. The U.S. economy is very unpredictable. One point many Americans can agree with is having companies bring manufacturing back to the United States of America. By President Donald Trump choosing to increase import and export taxes, major manufacturers may be enticed to stay stateside to increase their profit. This is where the newly elected President can win over the majority of the nation. According to the data collected by Gallup, after the election the economic confidences spiked (Bump). Subsequently, there is no crystal ball that can explain the way things are going to unfold during this Presidential term. As the new President tries to make a name in history for himself, the nation can only hope that the captain knows where he is going. In addition, the country should want the President to do well because everyone can be impacted whether he succeeds or fails. Although some divide between the people is inevitable, the only thing that the nation could do is try to mend its wounds and continue being the world’s leading power. As steadfast as the Armed Forces is, building our military strength should not be seen as a negative thing. By having an overwhelming size of force, it can possibly divert an incident with no loss of life. This can be reason enough for the nation to get behind the President’s plan. Filling many roles throughout his life, John Hancock shaped the course of the Revolution by standing out against the British rule. On July 4, 1776 the Declaration of Independence was signed. The thirteen colonies were no longer under King George III rule. It was a new world that needed a new type of leadership. On July 12, 1776 the Second Congress proposed the Articles of Confederation. The articles were ratified by all thirteen states on March 1, 1781.

The ideas that are in the Constitution are used today to deal with certain issues that arise in the country today. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were two important men who affected our nations independence and the beginning years of our country. They helped form this nation into a free and sovereign country. Yet, they were different in many aspects they shared a few common features. Both Washington and Jefferson grew up in the southern state of Virginia and like most owned land to grow and harvest crops. In growing up they came from two different class levels of living. The Jefferson family was more famous and richer than Washington’s giving him a greater advantage and opportunity to succeed, especially in higher education. After Jefferson finished regular schooling he was able to attend the College of William and Mary were he studied law. He did so under the teaching of George Wthe who was considered perhaps the greatest teachers of law in Virginia at the time. Washington however was taught by his mom mainly in mathematics and received no higher education. Washington was still knowledgeable and began to put it to use in the army to become as a young British soldier. He interred the army at the young age of nineteen were he began to learn leadership and military strategy which would prove useful in the Revolutionary War to come. Jefferson on the other hand was involved in the laws, courts, and small politics. At the young age of twenty-five Jefferson was elected to the House of Burgesses in Virginia were he served for five years. Washington was known for his great motivational speeches that would rally troops together to prepare for war and lead on to victory. Jefferson was more of a writer not a speaker and by using his skill he wrote and brought forth fresh ideas of independence and freedom.

Thomas Paine was one of the great supporters of the American Revolution. He was a journalist and used his pen and paper to urge the public to break free from Great Brittan. THOMAS JEFFERSON, author of the Declaration of Independence, was born on April 13, 1743 and grew up on the family plantation at Shadwell in Albermarle County, Virginia. His father was Peter Jefferson, who, with the aid of thirty slaves, tilled a tobacco and wheat farm of 1,900 acres and like his fathers before him, was a justice of the peace, a vestryman of his parish and a member of the colonial legislature. The first of the Virginia Jefferson's of Welsh extraction, Peter in 1738 married Jane Randolph. Of their ten children, Thomas was the third. Thomas inherited a full measure of his father's bodily strength and stature, both having been esteemed in their prime as the strongest men of their county. He also inherited his father's inclination to liberal politics, his taste for literature and his aptitude for mathematics. The Jefferson's were a musical family; the girls sang the songs of the time, and Thomas, practicing the violin assiduously from boyhood, became an excellent performer.

Our founding struggled to form a perfect nation through the enactments of The Articles of Confederation, The Constitution, and also The Federalist Papers. They struggled to make a document that they could depend on in times of need, and the constitution was the one that really set the line and challenged the government to near perfection. Something can never be perfect that's why the federalist papers were created to enhance the constitution and make it something very close to perfect. All of these essays under the federalist papers were very important building blocks that helped us become the great nation that we are now.

Today we deal with the President himself and his influence on government action. The president now includes about 2000 men and women, the president is only one of them, but his performance can not be measured without focusing on himself.
Something that may come to everyone’s mind nowadays and the number one thing that is looked at after a presidential election and every New Year is stock. Stocks determine the health of the economy, the money people are willing to invest, take risks on and win back or lose, but because of the crash, it discouraged people from investing in stocks and instead a huge amount of withdrawals happened leading to the economic collapse that occurred. The U.S. government began to worry it would run out of gold because everyone began to turn the couple dollars they still had into gold, so the Federal Reserve decided to increase the value of the dollar. Banks began to fail and lose savings; people had to withdraw the money they had left, leaving banks no other choice but to shut down. In turn, everything in the present and the future is judged through the stocks as they hold a high importance in industrialized economies showing the healthiness of said countries economy.
