Henry Ford was a man with struggles that hurt him, but he overcame them and became a successful person he was. Henry Ford was not successful at first because of his car's prices were too high to afford, so he created the idea of an assembly line, and then he created it. Henry Ford a man who was very successful, but he had struggles that he overcame to be the person he was. He had struggles getting a successful car company that made millions and still is still famous today. Henry Ford was not successful at first with car companies. He also had struggles with his religious beliefs that changed how people think of him. He was criticized for his religious beliefs against Jews it hit him hard with the press. He also had relations with Hitler and other Nazis. He was also involved in some political and charitable events.

Henry Ford was born July 30, 1863 in Dearborn, Michigan. He was born into a family of farmers. He became a mechanic at age sixteen. At age sixteen he got tired of his farming life and his bad studies at school so he left. He went to Detroit and worked as a machinist's apprentice at Detroit electric company.. Henry put together a small machine shop on his family's land after he was done with Detroit. In 1891 he was experimenting and created the first horseless carriage. In 1903 both of his companies, before the Ford Company, failed. With $28,000 dollars and eleven men he stared the Ford Company. In 1908 the company made a Model T and by 1918 more than half of U.S. was a Model T. He invented the conveyer-belt based assembly line. With this he was able to sell to the general public. Henry's problem helped out everyone today. If Henry's first two companies would not have closed down due to his high car he would have not made the assembly line. The middle and lower class would not be able to afford cars. If he would have not forgiven what he said about the Jewish religion people still might have not treated the Jews the same as they do today. If Ford was still a farmer he would not have been able to build the first gas and engine car. If he did not have lost his election for the Senate seat he might have not have made his foundation to help people with their education. All of his struggles have helped us in a sort of way.
